Ebony and I are so excited to be a part of this year's Slow Food Blue Mountains Summer Harvest Festival. There are some great people presenting on really interesting topics, so if you are around in the Mountains between January and February. It's definitely worthchecking out what's on - there are people presenting on everything from wine and chocolate to preserving to using aquafaba to eggplant appreciation. Something for everyone.
We will be presenting on 'Steps to Self-Sufficiency' including chooks, growing your food, animals and lifestyle. While we have a 24 acre property, the ideas will be suited to anyone in any situation. You'll also be able to come and check out the market garden and enjoy a light lunch with produce we've grown here on the property. We'll also send you home with some seed garlic and some seedlings.
The cost is $65 and if you're wanting to come along, check out the shop page of our website and you can purchase a ticket. We only have places for 25 people.
We would love you to join us
